Patricia A. (“Pat”) Manion

Pat Manion is a banking executive with more than 20 years of experience, having served as Senior Vice President, Direct Banking & Operations at People’s United Bank, headquartered in Bridgeport, CT. Her extensive background includes expertise in virtually every area of bank operations, with a proven track record of controlling costs while implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving customer service. As Bank Secrecy Officer, she worked closely with regulators and an internal team to meet compliance regulations while ensuring optimum risk management results . Her experience includes all aspects of branch sales, service and operations including expertise in in-store branches.

Pat has 15 years of technology implementation expertise, which includes managing all online activities, call centers and leading the operations mergers and acquisitions team. She has served on national banking boards, including the NYCE Oversight Board and the New England Automated Clearing House Board. She has served on a myriad of nonprofit boards, including serving 10 years as Allocation Chair for The United Way. She has participated in numerous banking industry conferences and forums and she has been an active member of the Super Community Operations Forum.    

Pat holds a BS degree from the University of Bridgeport (CT) and she is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Banking.
