Banking Educator, Gloria Becker, Joins Learning Dynamics

Wallingford, Connecticut (March 9th, 2017) - Learning Dynamics, a leader in employee training and development, announced the addition of Gloria Becker to its professional consulting team. Gloria is working with Learning Dynamics clients to design customized leadership and management development training solutions.

Gloria Becker has joined Learning Dynamics' Southeast regional office after years of creating, implementing, and managing delivery of training for leading organizations. She has practical experience as a senior officer, a banker, and a mentor to hundreds of community bankers and has gained insights though engagement with clients, faculty and bankers involved in the workshops and banking schools programs she created.

Gloria was the Vice President and Senior Director, Professional Development, for the American Bankers Association. She was the program director for the National School of Banking program at the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking, the Seminar for Presidents, the National and Graduate Trust Schools and Commercial Lending Schools, the National Real Estate Lending Conference, and the Directors' Forum and the Executive Director for the National School of Banking (a graduate-level banking school), the Senior Leadership Institute and the Leaders' Circle.
