Paul R. O'Leary has more than 25 years of experience in executive performance coaching, talent and performance management, and organizational development. He has designed, developed, and delivered future leader development programs that have increased organizational leadership practices across industries.


Working in concert with executive teams, Paul has successfully established organization-wide accountability processes, collaborative rapid action teams, and change management that focus on top priority business results. He has created coaching and communication practices aimed at increased divisional, team and individual performance goals. Leading the effort to train merger teams, he has integrated newly-merged department services that improved quality, the customer experience and satisfaction while significantly raising organizational performance.

 

Paul holds an MA/MSW in counseling/organizational behavior from Boston College and a BA from St. John's Seminary. He was certified in the Advanced Organizational Development Program, Columbia University, certified in the Goldsmith Executive Coaching Process, the Blessing White Career & Performance Coaching, Positive Power & Influence, and Management Resource Group's Leadership Effectiveness Assessment and Sales Performance Assessment.
