Benae Lambright

Benae Lambright offers her combined experiences in elementary education, teaching at the college level, and business leadership in the education and private sectors to Learning Dynamics clients. With her broad range of experiences and success, she has a unique perspective that allows her to understand training and development challenges and opportunities and to implement solutions that speak to the needs of adult learners.

 

Benae launched her career as an elementary school teacher in New Jersey while also continuing her own education. After a decade in the classroom, she transitioned into leadership as an information technology manager for the Orange (NJ) Board of Education. She serves as VP of Talent Acquisition for LG Human Capital Solutions near Atlanta, where she works with clients to identify talent needs and sources candidates by leveraging her relationship development and technology skills.

 

Benae has also served as an adjunct professor for several colleges and contributed her writing, communication and instructional talents to the role of teaching assistant for the Writing Center at Ashford University. Benae holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MS Ed from Walden University.
