Maria Giaimo, Learning Consultant, has more than 20 years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a variety of industries including energy, waste and recycling, global aerospace manufacturing, food and beverage manufacturing, and retail.

Maria has successfully led leadership development and training initiatives for the organizations she served as well as developed and implemented succession plans for companies such as Barnes, Marmon Utility, JC Penney and Frito Lay.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. John's University and a master's degree in Human Resource Development and Counseling from University of Bridgeport. Maria is fluent in Spanish.
