Cheryl Grayson

SENIOR LEARNING CONSULTANT

Cheryl brings to her consulting work more than 25 years of practical experience with expertise in executive coaching, organizational change, leadership development, and executive coaching. Over the years she has created change management training strategies and implementation, led diversity and inclusion blended learning programs, and intervened in team dynamics. Cheryl has extensive expertise in strategic planning, talent development, diversity/inclusion, program delivery, and teambuilding in multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, education, consulting, insurance/financial services, not-for-profit, and media. Prior to joining Learning Dynamics, Cheryl led the corporate training function at CIGNA, The Hartford, Bayer, and Medtronic.

Cheryl is considered a master facilitator and leads groups both in-person and virtually for small intimate meetings to massive ballroom conferences. She is also an author and illustrator who recently co-authored Healthy ME, Healthy WE- The Pathway to REALationships.

Cheryl is a graduate from Brown University and currently resides in Maryland.
