Chris, Senior Learning Consultant, is a results-focused Learning & Development professional with strength in the areas of coaching, facilitation and instructional design.

She has worked in the banking industry for most of her career, most recently in the role of Director of Retail Learning & Development at People's United Bank. Chris is committed to helping others achieve greater knowledge and skills to become the best that they can be.

Chris holds her Masters of Art degree from Fairfield University in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Development. Chris has also been certified in a number of programs over the years.
