Karen Tracy

Senior Learning Consultant

Karen Tracy combines decades of operational leadership, coaching and team development experience in her consulting work at Learning Dynamics. She worked her way up through the retail banking industry, reaching a divisional management assignment prior to transitioning to Personal Development Officer and Coach with Newtown Savings Bank.

Karen is a skilled trainer and team builder. As a trainer, she has facilitated classes for the American Institute of Banking (AIB) and Center for Financial Training (CFT). Her ability to energize and engage classes was recognized by her students who selected her as Teacher of the Year for her CFT work.

Karen has also been heavily involved in leadership roles for community and non-profit organizations, giving her a valuable diversity of experiences that enrich her training and consultation work. These organizations and positions have included president of First Night Danbury, vice president of Taste of Danbury, United Way fundraising board and company campaign chair, and others. She brings that energy to all her work and has been recognized for her public speaking skills.
