Lynn Culotta

Lynn is a Training and Organizational Development professional with successes in collaborating with leaders to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. She is a results-focused, dynamic, and engaging HR partner with extensive experience supporting enterprise-wide leadership and employee development initiatives in healthcare and insurance settings. Lynn also has significant expertise working with clinical and nonclinical leaders and staff in building and sustaining a culture focused on service excellence, primarily in healthcare settings.

Lynn earned her B.S. in Management and Human Resources from the University of Connecticut and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. She also has her Six Sigma Green Belt from Juran Institute.
