Based on the works of business ethics expert Dr. Michael Rion, "Integrity at Work®" emphasizes how compliance with laws and company policies is only one crucial part of ethical decision making. Managers and employees respond to realistic workplace scenarios, applying the "Six Question Guidelines for Ethical Decision-Making" to make sound, ethical business decisions.
