More than ever today, it is critical that an organization’s employees work as a team in order to meet customer’s needs.  Communication, internal customer service, and adapting to change are three of the hallmarks of being team-oriented.


"Working as a High Performance Team" emphasizes how teamwork often results in achievement of a department’s goals.  The workshop provides best practices from organizations such as Disney, Southwest Airlines and Nordstrom’s.  Participants also engage in a structure building exercise which demonstrates the power of working as a team.  In addition, the class brainstorms how the organization can enhance its ability to work as a cohesive team.
