A former client of Learning Dynamics, Wendy Kagan has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She
most recently served as Executive Vice President, CHRO, and Chief Engagement Officer for a New England financial institution.
Wendy
facilitates classroom and virtual sessions on topics such as leadership, project management, interviewing, sales, customer
service, change management, and emotional intelligence. She has also been a keynote speaker for several conferences.
Wendy provides executive coaching as she is an ICF and iPEC certified coach. She is also certified in DiSC, 360 Feedback,
and Project Management.
Wendy obtained her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University
and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
